Five Favorite Bands
Update: Since my blog completely crashed the first time I tried to publish this,
I'll do it without the pretty pictures this time..
5. Coldplay
Favorite songs: Viva La Vida, Fix You, Fun (feat Tove Lo), A Head Full of Dreams
& A Rush of Blood to the Head
I've always liked Coldplay, even though it's never been a band I've listened to on a regulary basis. But after seeing them live this summer (the concert was so amazing), they've definitely become one of my favorites.
4. Linkin Park
Favorite songs: Lost in the Echo, Bleed it Out, Guilty All the Same (feat Rakim), Papercut
& Somewhere I Belong
This is a band that I've loved since their first album. I never get tired, and so many of their songs is amongst my all time favorites.
3. Marilyn Manson
Favorite songs: Sweet Dreams, I Want to Disappear, User Friendly, (s)Aint
& Third Day of a Seven Day Binge
Marilyn Manson is probably my biggest musical love, and has been since I was a teenager. The only reason he isn't at the top of my list today, is because I haven't loved his later albums as much as the earlier ones. My favorite album is, without a doubt, Mechanical Animals, and I love every song on it.
2. Muse
Favorite songs: Mercy, Time is Running Out, Hysteria, The Small Print
& Plug In Baby
I also saw Muse live this summer, and they were freaking awesome. I always find a new favorite song every time I listen to them, and they're always on my playlists.
1. Fall Out Boy
Favorite songs: Fourth of July, Irresistible (feat Demi Lovato) Rat a Tat (feat Courtney Love),
Headfirst Slide into Cooperstown on a Bad Bet & What a Catch, Donnie
You know, I listened to Fall Out Boy quite a bit during the One Tree Hill era (when Pete Wentz guest starred), but I only started to really listen to them a couple of years back. They quickly became my favorites though, and they're the number one band I'm dying to see live. There's a song for my every mood, and I just... <3
What are some of your favorite bands/artists? Any recommendations?
