Top Ten Tuesday - Books I Really Love But Feel Like I Haven't Talked About In A While

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature created at the lovely The Broke and the Bookish.
Every Tuesday were given a new topic to create or top ten list.
Today's topic is: Ten Five Books I Really Love But Feel Like I Haven't Talked About In A While

5. Keeper of the Lost Cities by Shannon Messenger
This is one of my favorite MG series. Well, actually it's one of my favorite series ever. It's so magical, and funny. And a bit heartbreaking too. I haven't read the fourth book yet though, I'm holding out for a re-read in time for the release of the fifth one. And I just cannot wait. It's a must read for everyone.

4. The Between series by April Genevieve Tucholke
The first time I read Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea, I liked it but I didn't love it. But after a re-read a couple of years later, I completely fell in love with it. It's creepy, and magical, and the writing is just crazy beautiful. The second book is just as amazing, and it's the kind of series that just becomes better and better the more I think about it.

3. Cracked Up to Be by Courtney Summers
This was actually one of my first YA loves, and it's still going strong. Courtney Summers is an amazing writer, and this is my favorite book of hers. I laughed, I cried, and it shocked me to the very core. It's just mind-blowingly good.

2. The Delirium trilogy by Lauren Oliver
I haven't talked about this in forever, I think, but it's one of my favorite dystopians. I especially love the first book, and I had one of my first book hangovers after reading it. It took a second read before I could concentrate on anything else. I love the writing, the world, and the characters so much. But I'm still a bit pissed over the ending in Requiem. It just, wasn't enough...

1. Mythos Academy by Jennifer Estep
This is one of my absolute favorites, and I will probably always consider it as one. I don't know why I haven't talked about it for a while, especially since I read, and re-read, it three times in one year. It's urban fantasy at it's finest, and dammit, I need to re-read it again this year. And soon!

  2. Ooh I really love your list. Speaking of the author of Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea, I actually just ordered her new book, Wink Poppy Midnight today. Looks like a wonderful read. Also, I've been meaning to get around to reading The Delirium Trilogy for ages already. I've heard so many great things about it.
